1/ How do I earn money?

You earn money by using the interADmedia browser to perform genuine searches for sites that you would do with any other search provider. We pay $0.001 for every minute you are actively searching online through our browser.

2/ Why do my earnings show as pending?

All earnings are subject to clearance and will remain as pending for 60 days. Once part of your earnings has gone over the 60 days pending period they will start to move into your confirmed balance.

3/ Why does the browser window close after 5 minutes?

The browser window will close each time you remain inactive for 5 minutes or more. We will only pay you whilst you are actively using or services and the services of our partners.

4/ How am I paid?

All payments are made by Paypal. We do not offer any other form of payment so please do not ask.

5/ What is the minimum level needed to cashout?

You can make a cashout request once you have a minimum confirmed balance of $25 or more.

6/ Why do my latest earnings show as zero when I have been browsing for several minutes?

When you have finished browsing you should click the link at the top left corner of the page that says Close Browser And Stop Browsing. Do not just close the page otherwise you browsing minutes will track as zero. If this does not work then try using a different browser like Firefox or Explorer. You should also check that your browser has cookies enabled, etc.


7/ How much do I earn from referrals?

You will earn 5% of your direct referrals earnings. This is added to your pending balance as and when your referrals start using the service.

8/ How long does my cashout request take to be paid into my Paypal account?

Cashouts will be paid with 30 days of request. Please do not contact support until you have waited a full 30 days.
